I think it should be clarified that Cutieboy is an "indepedent dealer" much like Jaben is for us and it is common for such indivuduals to recieve their merchandise, product samples etc before the general public. Cutieboy posting in this manner may not be within forum guidelines.

As stated before, shipping is projected to be Sept 1.

Good to see Heir isn't promoting horribly out of date, bad technology. Can someone get them a Galaxy? Or an iPhone? Or something that's still shipping?

That photo was actually taken in Thailand, where this all really began so there is some nostalgia there.  But yea, if someone wants to volunteer a new photo I am all for it!

I believe Wizard uses a Cowon J3 for his personal listening, and also has an iPad. He's got some portable amps too. So he's pretty current. Maybe the Zune is outdated but that pic still looks nice regardless.

I got the i-pad for my wife, and for my boys to play with while I drive. (helps keep me sane)

Regardless, I am 40, and I have accepted this.

But even still, there are those that love tube amps, and vinyl....

I can still remember 8 Tracks, and I have fond memories of installing my brothers "Gray Market" Blaupunkt SQR 39 cassette player he brought home from Hong Kong in 1989 or so. I had the Blaupunkt Lexington, and latter a Denon, eventually moved to Alpine and never changed from then on.

(Now I walk, so my days of car audio are over)

according to my wife, I am old

not with an iPod, hopefully.

Actually, an iPod wouldn't look bad artistically speaking.  The reflection of the screen or the chromed back might be aethestically pleasing   I'll be nice, if I decide to do one, I'll plug my E1 into it too XD

Dang, I'm turning 40... and I don't have my own Audio company... Sheesh... I'm still in school... been in the Tech industry for Ages... but decided that I should finally get my degree (that I decided to ignorantly skip over when I was younger).

It's been about 3 weeks since I sent my 8.A for a refit and I'm REALLY starting to miss the sound of my 8.A.
After a month with the 8.A, my ear seems to have accustomed to the comfortable sound of 8.A
Before listening to the 8.A I really loved the sound of my Hidition NT6, but now I can't listen to them for
over an hour because the sharp and cold treble of the NT6 fatigues my ear too quick.

I guess a person's preference for a specific sound signature may change over time.
I was always a bass-hater and treble-phile, but now I can feel myself slowly turning into the opposite.
