Looks like a great piece of kit. The challenge with DACs these days is that the incremental improvement from one generation to the next is relatively small now. A decade or two ago, each generation was noticeably better in almost every way. Now, it's super hard to differentiate. But this design looks very well executed, and if I were looking for a new DAC, this would be near the top of my list. It's very unlikely you'd get any noticeably better output from a $100k DAC now compared to this <$1k DAC. And the same is probably true now comparing this to the latest $200 DAC. But this one is definitely a beauty.
