It is crazy indeed. I would have never thought it would be so bad. Couple that with the knowledge that the material they use for the transducers it’s not manufactured anymore (according to a Sennheiser employee that accompanied my demo in Munich this year) , and I think I’d better forget how fantastic it sounded and be content with what I haveWow, you would assume better experience after spending 50k...

It's been brutal tbh. I finaly have someone who is at least responding but they forgot to set an automatic OoO reply when they were out for over a week which, while an improvement from full no contact, ain't exactly sparkling CS.
