I am pretty sure they still sell it. You just need to send them an interest email and hope they respond. TBH Senn has been pretty bad at responding to me (seems to maybe be better now but they ghosted me for months after my HE1 broke in shipping) and others that have tried (or succeeded) in buying HE1 somewhat recently have reported the same.
Oh sh!t, you got the HE-1? Congrats! I got a bad diagnosis from the doc, and I'm like fukc it, let's get the HE-1. Hopefully I'll see you at another Can Jam. I might go to the Dallas one (still determining logistics with a wedding I have to go to). If I don't die before the next NYC Can Jam, I'll be there.

Holy crap man, I'm sorry to hear that. I don't think I'm going to make Dallas but I will 100% be at NY. I hope I see you there!

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. That’s terrible news.

There’s one for sale in Japan if you don’t mind pre-owned.

Oh, yah. Probabaly worth a heads up that I think a new one is a several month wait last I heard

I might jump on that. Life's too short. I don't mind pre-owned. Something to consider for real. I think the wait for a new HE-1 is like 8 months or something like that. No wait would be so much better.

Life truly is too short. No time for regrets...
That auction listing has a (frankly, for the HE-1) pretty fair buy-it-now price.

It was listed a bit lower a few months ago before it was bumped. Probabaly worth reaching out to the shop directly. Also, just as a heads up, make sure to pallet ship it so you don't learn my lesson yourself 😅

Crazy price - for €70,000 + tax you can get an electric car in the upper price range!
And it contains a lot more material, technology and know-how!
