No idea! But I will take a punt and say they were made by Tungsol.
Yeah, I have Sylvanias too and these sound nothing like them, but I believe it was @L0rdGwyn who thought these could be rebrands earlier in this thread.

これらは数週間前に入手しました。待ちきれず、アンプに直接入れました。とても素敵です。ついに昨日それらを取り出し、いくつかの写真を撮りまし

Got these a few weeks ago. Couldn’t wait and got them straight into the amp, very nice! Finally took them out yesterday and got some pics.

wonderful tube!
If GM has 2800 units, it seems that there is still life remaining.

I picked up this pair of L63 and soon into listening started hearing some LOUD popping in one side. Immediately shut down and took a close inspection to find what appears to be a loose piece of metal(?) rolling around in the top of the tube. It rolls very easily with a slight tilt, so I got it in a position off any metal and carefully turned the amp back (with sacrificial headphones). No more popping for an extended amount of time.

Anyone have any idea what this could be any why it’s stuck in the top like this? I hate to bin this tube as it’s in mint condition and sounds fantastic, I just have to be super careful to keep the metal piece off to the side. It’s pretty anxiety inducing worrying about the piece of metal getting bumped and shorting something out while listening. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Holy Moly, piece of metal, it’s an iron girder comparatively speaking! Unfortunately I can’t think of anything that would help.

I would not use the tube in its current condition.
Could cost you an amp or speakers when it shorts.

If the piece is moved towards the stem of the valve, it may be safe to use. As long as it’s moved as such that it cannot touch any metal part inside the tube. This could be the case once seated between stem and glass envelope.
So if it’s possible to get it through the mica openings on the non getter side of the tube and move it besides the valve stem. You could just save this tube. With some serious caution at all times and tube rolling should be limited. Horizontal storage/use is out of the question.

The valve stem is described named “glass support for tube elements” in the picture below.

You have a super rare collectors item with that extra pin inside the tube! Unfortunately as Tom mentioned, I'd be very wary about actually using it though. Real shame. I feel your pain as those with the lovely Osram stickers are beauties.

These are made by Tung-Sol. I'm quite confident they're not Sylvania re-brands.
I was going off of the info on the 6J5 reference page

I haven't seen any Sylvania 6J5 that have the parallel cross-supports and ladder plates like the Tung-Sol 6J5GT. The 6J5G (VT-94) also share identical construction. They are both great tubes. They slay with the Bendix in my amp.

Yeah those TungSol and Sylvania military tubes from that era are very good. Same with their equivalent 6SN7's. But of course the 6SN7 will cost you a lot more... I also have some Raytheon military with the ST glass which are very good.
