The Post and Math Rock appreciation thread.

That's on my radar. I'm digging EITS' "Earth is not..." and the opening track "White Noise" off of Mogwai's leaked album. That, Sigur Ros, Godspeed is more of my sound. I like Moonlight off the Mono album, gonna pick up that live album when I get a chance.

Anything you'd recommend that isn't borderline metal, sort of really uplifting post rock?

Hey guys, just wanted to chime in and say thanks for this awesome thread! It's really opened my eyes to this genre, starting with ASIWYFA (which rocked my socks) and Mogwai a few weeks ago. I'm really looking forward getting deeper into the genre with the help of this thread. Thanks guys!!

Very nice list, Canoners, thanks for all the effort!

How are y'all liking the new Mogwai album? I can't say that I was all that impressed with it, not very much memorable stuff until the end.
