Any link to the cable? Still can't see it on Penon website.
It's being manufactured, we will use these interchangeable plugs.

Nice. Interchangeable plugs are all the rage these days! Good to see Penon implementing these too! Looking forward to reading more details about the cable, in particular, about its composition!

I've lost track of how many "Oh, crap!" moments I've had with the Vortex....These things are deceptivly simple...but so many times listening to them I have just gotten lost in the music....They may have a 'simple' presentation, but the tuning on these are very sophisticated, an absolute joy! Listening on my desktop and the Vortex is killin' it!

My Globes are 'out for delivery!'

Globes are here and I love them.... edit: Put a few songs on them...I understand now why words like 'lush' are used to describe these...so far out of the box I adore them...

Been messing around with some EQ for the Vortex (not that it really needs it), but I was just having some fun. Normally I would have my PC equipment with me to get a more precise EQ, but I’m on work travel and have none of that so I made this by eyes and ears only. Hope you guys like it!

Nice. It's down to these or the ISN H50 for my next set.

Does Penon sell cables where the ear guide thing is, like, bendable (?) to fit your ears perfectly? I got rid of the unpleasant ear guides on my Globe cable a while ago and it helped with comfort for sure, but also the IEMs are so big that now they sort of droop a bit in my ears, so clearly a new cable would be a good idea.

Just general cable recommendations are welcome too, of course. I'm one of those skeptical people who doubts the cable will have any effect on the sound or if it does, it's not gonna be nearly big enough that I'll hear it, but if it matters with recs I'd rather get a "warm" cable than anything else. Mainly just looking for something similar to The Campfire Audio's Smoky Lite Litz cable (https://campfireaudio.com/shop/smoky-lite-litz-cable/)--dark-colored, thin and light and flexible and nice to the touch (in general but especially in the ear guides since those will be in contact with my ears obv).

Edit: https://penonaudio.com/earphone-cable/2pin-0.78mm/tanchjim-oxygen-upgrade-cable.html this looks pretty nice, anyone tried it with Penon's IEMs?

How does the Globe compare to the Vortex? Preference for either that you're discovering?

LOL, I just switched out the Globe for the Vortex 10 minutes ago... Listening on my desktop beast, Don't ever think for a second that the Vortex is 'lesser' due to 1 driver and lower cost. If anything the Vortex is better because it is so coherent! The biggest difference at this point is that the Vortex sound is more 'in front' of you, while the Globe has more lateral soundstage; what I mean is the sound of the Globe envelopes you more, and the vortex is more presented 'in front' of you like you were in the audience, where the Globe feels more like you are on stage with the band. Also the bass on the Globe is 'bigger' and really slams during EDM type music.... The Vortex sounds a tad 'cleaner' alltho that could just be the coherency....just switched to techno on the Vortex and the mid bass feels like someone is hitting my head with a sledgehammer! superimposed over a clean, tight sound... The Globes have more air and treble extension, but thats expected due to the BA driver for highs.... mind you both iems are not done burning in...as I just wrote that I had to sit back in my chair; had another "Oh, crap!" moment with the Vortex...

EDIT: Also the Globe has more sub bass where Vortex is more mid bass...both sound killer, but the bass on the Globe is also more quantity...
