Besides the colour they look mysteriously like the foam tips that came with my Visang RO2's.

just received mine and love them. my first pair into the who hi-fi world. just ordered an e11/l9 wire and hopefully it'll be a great pairing. has any tried out the ebay "chinese memory foam tips". i was curious on the comfort compared to comply since they're a fraction of the cost. something like this.

I haven't tried the tips. But! I have paired the 8320 with an E11 / L9 / ipod. you will notice a nice difference. I find them a little thin just from the HO for my likings.

ps

I got some tips from audiozones for the T400 size nozzles (my UM universals and MEP-933)

If anyone's interested:
(1) SF-50 single flange http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200724081392
(2) DF-50 double flange http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200722284118 and opt for Large size
(3) TF-30 3ple flange http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200733237630

(they also sometimes have other colors, and most of the time other sizes. Just look for things fitting IE7/8).

I had their med/large silicon tips (SF-50) and they were very nice (still are :D)

I have written into Monoprice a few weeks ago about this and their customer service rep neither told me if they're going to offer alternative shipping services nor denied it. It'd be a great idea if we could all write in and they'd see a real demand for cheaper international shipping. The courier service is just.. ridiculous. I guess I'll just wait until they offer something else.

I doubt if that will work, but maybe it's worth a shot. I would pay 15 dollar for the MP 8320, or maybe even 20, but certainly not 37 dollar.

In the meantime I'm going to check out the Thermaltake Isurus, Philips SHE3581 (same as 3580 but white) and the Focalprice CK-700, three other amazing budget IEMs. I'm really curious about the MP 8320 but I'm not going to pay 30 dollar... I'm afraid that they aren't going to fit me anyway. They don't really look comfortable...

What about the other IEMs on the monoprice website by the way? Like the 8319, 8321 and 8322? Are they any good? I've heard someone saying that the 8319 is basically the same as the 8320, but without the obnoxious design. Probably not true, but someone must've tried the 8319, 8321 or the 8322, right?

The sound of the 8320 is easily worth more than $30.
