I snapped this when I had the LCD-2.2 earlier this year.  A quick shot that turned out surprisingly well.  No fancy equipment or editing.  Just my Galaxy S4:

Hey FlySweep!   I love that bay window you use for shooting your gear.  The lighting is so nice.

I like that pic. Makes me jealous, Galaxy takes much better pics than my HTC One. I've also seen the Note 3 take pictures and its fantastic for a phone camera.

Please do!  That conference room (or whatever it is) is a very appealing space.  (And I like yellow and orange stuff.)

It's actually in the glass-walled studio at a radio station I'm doing a weekly show for, though I won't divulge any detail beyond that. I had the HD650s to monitor this week (despite their subpar headphone amplification) because I didn't have my MDs on hand.

Thanks Mike!  I like it too.. the reflected daylight is diffused nicely and I like the 'earthy' feel it gives to shots.  I plan to get into photog soon (Lumix LX7 will be my camera of choice as a beginner).. excited to see how I can blend these two hobbies.

What IEMs are those? I'm almost exclusively a full-size listener, so I'm never able to identity in-ears on sight.

I've actually impressed myself this time. The SE846 was my first guess. Do you own anything else at a similar price point, IEM or otherwise?

Nice guess! It is actually pretty hard to recognize them from my photo. I dun own anything else at the moment, but thinking about getting the K10 (custom/universal), or the Sony Z7, or the Alpha Dog prime in the coming months :)

I have K10 customs coming soon to be my SE846 alternative - from what I can tell they are quite similar in many ways, but will be nice as a universal / custom combo

Looking forward to hear your impression compared to 846 when you got them. Did you go for wizard design or your own?

I started with my own and then crumbled to the peer pressure and went for a Wizard design with some special input of my own. I'm guessing that the K10s when they arrive will be the subject of my next submission to this thread!
