  I am using this cable I recently got from lunashops. Fantastic sound from this cable. It is a bit heavier as the silver coating adds a bit of weight but worth it for the sound enhancement. Good deal imo.
 
http://www.lunashops.com/goods.php?id=4757  You can also use the SRH1540 upgraded silver cable as well for the FX850 it is  $2 cheaper and is made out of the exact same stuff.  Both sound excellent on the FX850. Even more detail, a touch more space. Sounds like an upgraded FX850 to my ears,  Love the sound.

Oh yea I have my FX850 in my ears with this cable. Outstanding sound and clarity. Though to be honest I would actually get the SRH1540 upgraded silver cable.http://www.lunashops.com/goods.php?id=4672 This is the exact same as the one I provided earlier but actually fits better on the FX850. The connectors on the FX850 cable barely snaps into place while the SRH1540 cable snaps in perfectly. It is the exact same cable I hear no difference in sound. I like the connectors on the SRH1540 cable a lot better than the one that was made for the FX850.
 
The reason why I know this is because I ordered both at the same time. I am using the SRH1540 cable on my SRH1540 but kinda wish I had that same cable for the FX850. It is cheaper by $2 and actually fits better on the FX850.

Sounds good! Do you still use the stock tips with the FX850?

Absolutely. Not only on my FX850. But I bought 3 extra boxes of the larges and use them on my DuoZA, Doppios, Singolos,Titan 1, Primo 8 and IM03 as well.
 
Using my DX90 line out to my C5 amp. This silver cable is no joke. Just outstanding! For $40. Completely worth your cash.

Hi Ds, the cable looks good but the mmcx connector looks kind of big. Is it smaller than the mmcx connector on the stock cable. Thanks.

Connector is skinny. No problems fitting on the FX850. It doesn't fit loose if that is what your worried about. It fits in real nice and while the FX850 one looks more natural on the FX850. The fitment of the connectors on the SRH1540 cable is a lot more firmer. It seems to snap in further than the FX850 cable connector.

Just found this one at Lunashops. Even cheaper and has an L jack. Haven't tried this one but it looks like the same cable as the FX850 one. But cheaper.

Do you mean you have on large and one medium tip? Or that the pair of tips you have is in between medium and large?
