Hi guys
Newbie here
I have some issues with my dx50
I just got my dx50 about a week ago. It's 1.6 fw inside. Then I installed SU 1.3.3 with no problem. Then fw 1.5 no problem and I always delete update.img after upgrade . After that I wanted to change to SU 1.3.3 again. Suddenly there's no system update in the advanced option (i know u have to root the update.img to the internal memory)
Can you help me with this issue?
Pardon for my English
Thanx a lot

im having the same problem too..its really weird though .however, please do let me know if u get the solution later.

cheers for that.  Will a factory reset in recovery mode delete music on the device?

Ah, so it will delete the music in the device but not on the sdcard (if taken out).  Thanks for that.

When I do a factory reset I've never had it delete the music on my SD card and I leave it plugged in. You might as well pull it out just to be safe.

Anw, just try SU EX today, awesome soundstage, make listening much more enjoyable. Though the UI is kinda ugly, gapless doesn't work and a 1s delay when I use the button. But if there aren't any other major bug I just might keep it

OK so I installed the SU 1.3.3 but when I check the FW it says 1.5. I reverted from the recently installed 1.6 when I installed the SU FW. I'm pretty sure the SU 1.3.3 is based on the OEM 1.5FW. Is this normal or should it say FW 1.3.3?

It`s normal. It just shows original fw version name, nothing more. Under the hood is still SU
And don`t forget to try different sound settings from hidden bootup menu.

Turn off the device. Switch 'Hold' button to 'on'. Turn on the device.

Is there a non-silicone, non-leather case option for the DX50?  If there isn't one that has been custom made for the DX50, has anyone come across another case that fits it well and which allows decent access to the controls?  Again, I'm looking for something that is neither silicone nor leather.  Like maybe neoprene or plastic or something.

Thanks in advance for any insight!
