Didn't even know amazon was taking orders for these yet.  That figures, I was trying to stay on top of things.  Seems amazon is sold out of them for approximately 4-6 weeks it says.  So I suppose I will get one in 4-6 weeks (but placed my order right now as I can't skip out on that $119 price).  I was expecting it to be a lot more expensive...

Quite surprised by that price, and thanks for the notification that they exist now :D

They've got to be loosing a few sales over not having a functional website.

I think it will not affect their sales. It is a narrow niche business, and if people wanted to buy for example D-Zero or DX50, then he hardly wants to buy FiiO E17 or C3 for example. This choice is determined in advance, and the buyer can wait. Especially with regard to their production volumes - the loss of customers due to this problem does not threaten them exactly.

Ordered my DX50 just before the site went down, and today received it (5 days to San Francisco). 13th batch, Firmware 1.2.8. And by Jove, does it sound sweet. Great soundstage, fabulous detail, nice mids and punchy bass (could be a bit better though). I come from an iMod connected to a D12. Running the DX50 as a transport through the D12 (coax) is even better. I listen through either my Grado S325i or my Westone 4r IEMs. Throw in a few properly mastered tunes at higher bitrates and it is heaven. If there will be a DX90, and the DX50 is a sign of things to come, then I will be very, very happy, and so should you :)

Can someone remind me, do 192/24 flac files still produce clicking noises if played from a Micro SD card. If so to what bit rate do I need to down sample them to ?

I never encountered this issue. Though I'm using ALAC only file. I think downsampling them to 24/96 will fix the clicking noise.

I never encountered this issue too. Try to listen this file on PC for example, or on other player. I'm faced with the fact that all sorts of clicks occur in the record.

I just have to say that the ibasso site being down is becoming a real issue for me. I can understand that they could miss a renewal notice for their domain, and the site go down for a day or two. The site has been down for about five days now. How many days do you let your store be closed before doing something about it?

I was ready to order but I'm not so sure anymore.
