$30 is a very good price for such an effective anti-theft device.

He, He.... I'll stick with the black nylon for now!

yeh a really annoying feature of osx. i was wondering is it possible to turn auto unzipping off.

Edit:
  • Open Safari
  • Click Preferences
  • Uncheck the option Open “safe” files after downloading

I've used Unix and it's variants for so long I am used to the auto-mount feature. I often find myself waiting for a Windoz box to do it.

Cheers,
Shawn

About the new firmware, my only request right now (sonic debate aside) is that they fix the 24/192 flac support. With 24/192 I get a peridocal "clicking" sound, very annoying. Downsampled the same files to 24/96 and now they play perfectly...

Its been a long lasting bug since release. If You want 24/192, Wav is the only option.

it seems they said it is for Korea only... oh well...

Sorry, I forgot the link.

http://www.solomondc.co.kr/shop/big_section.php?cno1=1069

It's a dignis case. It could buy only "Solomondc" company now, Dignis webpage is not update yet. I'm not sure but maybe you can buy the case in Dignis homepage and they will ship to other country.

Email their(Dignis own website) customer service. They do ship internationally as well, you will have to pay directly to their PayPal account. Additional charges will be shipping cost.

Any idea of the cost to ship to EU/UK?

Sorry nope, but just a rough idea... Korea to Malaysia:

1. International Registered Post  : 8 USD ( It' takes about 2 weeks, no provide mail information,  under 500g weight  )
2. Express Mail International Service(EMS) : 16 USD ( It' takes 3~5 days,  provide mail information, under 500g weight )

That was the deal"breaker" for me. I pursued the guys from IBasso and they insisted it worked fine for them...
I sold my DX50 recently because of that issue and either go for a Fiio X3 or X5, I hope I have more luck there.

Down-sampling the files would not be such a big issue but I bought the DX50 for exactly that reason, that I can play all my FLAC files without converting or down-sampling them.

Greetings all. After many months of following this thread, I finally decided it was time to move on from my rockboxed classic to the DX50. I received my unit 2 days ago it shipped with 1.2.6 and I have had no problems as yet. Im looking for suggestions as to how you guys chose to organize your memory cards. I have about 100gb of music and I have 2- 64gb sdcards. I cant decide between alphabetical order of artist or by genre. Any suggestions?
