I don't know about the HD650, but it drives my HD600s on high gain reasonably well.

Keep in mind I don't have nearly as much experience with nice amped rigs, so it's plausible that someone with this experience might be more critical of their performance unamped.

it sounds quite good out of the HD600s foe me too. Surprisingly better than expected

From what I've gathered, the hand-written warranty cards are only for orders directly from iBasso. If you buy from a reseller like MP4Nation then you don't get the warranty card.

Did you check in the pocket underneath the DX50. You need to lift up the cardboard tray. For me the coaxial cable was there as well.

I got a warranty card with my 9th batch; ordered directly from iBasso.

No guys in that pocked I had the coaxial cable and the USB cable. Well is not a probleam at all. I have the invoice of MP4 nation

The combo sounds fantastic, to me.  But the dx50 is just a month old, and the shures just 2-3 weeks.  So the whole combo is new to my ears.  Those 846s are really something....
I don`t think you can go wrong with the dx50 unless you get one of the the really buggy ones some people seem to have in this thread.  Mine has worked without drama.

Assuming you mean using the DX50 as a USB DAC, I'm pretty sure it got confirmed that it wasn't possible.

I would advise you not to use it with an amp that's potentially worse than the amp section in the DX50 otherwise it's pointless.
