Nah, since Windows isn't optimized for Mac hardware (which makes sense and doesn't at the same time), usually Macs suffer a hit in battery performance whenever you run Windows on them. Retinas for example go from 8-9 hours to around 5-6 on Windows.................then again it could just be Windows' habit to drink power like there's no tomorrow.
Real-world tests show it's around 700mbps. That's still a helluva lot faster than anything else out there that isn't a custom-built desktop.
Macs are good for: Ease of use/user friendly, beautiful hardware, little maintenance required
PC's are good for: price/performance ratio, customization, gaming
..............really neither require much maintenance if you know what you're doing......in other words, you know enough about computers to have the common sense of knowing what not to click on
