If anyone knows where I can get a strap or an armband like an Ipod for X3ii please share.
Need this for the Gym.

I would actually be interested in this as well. Is there such thing as a universal arm strap for something the size of the X3ii? Or do the button layouts alter the way the arm bands opening/face is made? I never really looked at one close (for cell phones) but it seems there's plastic window over the phone so accessing functions isn't even possible, correct?

Thought just came to mind, someone asked about an arm band to hold this will running, how much force can this take before something breaks. I never tested my X1 that way (or any of my other units). I always carry my stuff in my pockets and truth be told, I can't run well. Even if monster are chasing me, well, maybe then...won't be too worried about my DAP at that point...I imagine that the all the boards and controls can withstand quite a bit. Anyone ever hear about one being shaken to breakage?

Fiio released this for the X1

Its a moulded case with velcro strap - fits perfectly.  The X1 snaps into place easily.  Unfortunately it doesn't work with the X3ii (it's not deep enough) - but I'm willing to bet that the'll include this accessory eventually.

If you have an X1 though - the set-up above is ideal for running

That looks great! I wonder if this X3K will drive the X1 cheaper for the ultimate beater DAP. Although I would still run a safety wire somewhere on the DAP if I were using it with that. I actually plan on using mine outside of a motorcycle jacket.

Is there plenty of slack to adjust the arm band for even wider use with a thick jacket?

I guess it would be a simple matter of running a couple of bands over the top and bottom for extra protection - should work well though.

Maybe you can be like MacGyver and create one from this:

Is there enough adjustment on the velcro/band so that it can go around something like the calf muscle (which is similar size to a motorcycle jacket)?
Is definitely the Sansa Clip+...which clips, too!

Yes but the Sansa is so tiny!! That would be near impossible to work with with thick gloves on.

I'll check when I get home (about 8 hours time) - should be though.
