  I remember we use to use WD40 and a lighter to kill the wasps in the close line poles. Basically block one end with toilet paper. Sucks the life right out of them .

Actually wasps eat wood and they use it to make their nests . I wonder what would happen if he played his violin next to a nest.

Depends on how good a violinist he is. If he's anything like my buddy, they'd come out in an angry horde and sting him senseless just to make it stop.

Speaking of all these insects and a violin... you guys brought termites to my mind.
