I just had one. I ordered it from amazon about a week ago ($109.99 for 4gb version) and it was awesome for the first week or so. THen I started noticing that it's face scratches like a baby's skin, and dust collects on it like feverish ants to honey.

Also UI is a bit buggy and slow at times, and often when starting up it goes directly to a blank white screen. Constant resets are inevitable. I returned it to amazon about 2 weeks later.

I plan on getting a white zune .
