I was thinking it would use something related to Carbon either graphene or DLC, well it uses DLC coating, but what is underneath the coating ?

I didn't talk about graphene etc ect 😉🤣

Will there be spare parts to buy for the headphones, such as leather earpads?
Going from past experience with Austrian Audio, then yes: the do offer spare parts for their current models.

So this true transient technology is only active when the Button is engaged?

As a headphone (luxuries) price tag 2500 euros, Austrain Audio really need some sales point / marketing language.
At least show some exploded view of the 49mm driver, and try to explain what's "True Transient Technology",and why it matters.
By the photo it seems that Composer looks cheaper than its half-brother K812 although the price is more, hope this HP is technically better
