I'm looking for combained USB DAC & Amplifier for my Audio-Techinca ATH-M50 headphones. Max cost = 250-300$
 
I've chosen following items:
 
Audio-GD NFB 15.32
Audinst HUD-MX2
Tempotech Fantasia
Matrix Rip
 
What will be the best buy?

I plug M50 into built-in internal sound card of my PC. That's why I want to buy separate USB DAC.

Sorry to say, in my country Audioquest Dragonfly costs 300$. It's comparable with prices of devices listed in first message.
And in fact I don't need portable device such as Dragonfly, I will use it only at home.
