I have a 32 gb ipod touch 3rd gen and I bought the Klipsch Image S4i for it. What's the best eq to use with it?

Wouldn't flat be the 'best' as in most faithful to the music? Depends on what you want though; you'll just have to try for yourself.

For my ipod touch, i like to use the "acoustic" or "Treble boost" setting. That or I just turn the EQ off.

+1 for not using EQ

Unless you have gain adjusted all your songs don't bother with iPod eq and even if you have I'm not sure it is worth it. I never use it

try out the bass reducer setting, it really tames the exaggerated bass, and if you look at its frequency chart, would make it somewhat flat.
