I can tell that Streetlight Manifesto tune is recorded terrible the vocals drown out the instruments and it don't help that it is a youtube video either. I suppose the actual CD of it would be better but I told you 5 times and a 6th. The CKM500 is the way to go. Iron Maiden sounds great on the CKM500.. There is too much bass on the CKS77 for tunes like that Receiving end of it all. I prefer faster tracks on the CKM500 and rock, metal on the CKM500 is awesome. If you listen to bassy tunes I would recommend the CKS77 but the CKM500 shine with anything vocals and instruments. Get yourself a CKM500 for the 7th time.

These offer sick good quality. I can't believe my ears. They offer an excellent sound now after EQ (but I went down about 5db). I cannot believe my ears, especially considering that I only paid them 72 euros.

Does anyone know where to purchase these that are able to ship to Australia?

Furthermore, other than the CK10s that are discontinued, would these be the next best thing from AudioTechnica? Without spending $300+

I've already got the Yamaha EPH-100s on the way, does anyone know how these stack up to them?

@Cyan what are your EQ settings?
Also curious to see how these will sound amped.

I'm not sure whether these are the "definitive" eq settings. But they are so close to my ideal,  that it's hard to notice any changes. I use winamp eq, and lower the 3k and 6k bands by 4.3db. I've also gone back to tip size #3. I don't put the tip too much inside, even half mm can change the sound, so I push them like halfway in. I try to push them in so that I get a balanced neutral bass. Imo this way the bass is not hyped at all, rather neutral AND deep.
Again, with these 2 settings (tip size 3 put halfway in, and that eq setting) I really like these iems. I prefer them over to the audeze lcd-2 (rev.1 though) without any doubt. Again, this can be a matter of personal taste, but I really hated the lcd-2 rev.1 with their dampened highs, and was very happy when I had sold them.
If I want (feel too lazy with these heat

) I will post my definitive impressions soon.

They sound amazing in your review, although I have trouble imagining a $80ish dynamic beating a dual BA (ck10) or a triple BA (ck100) that costs a few times as much... anyone done comparisons?

They don't technically.  One could like the flavor of the sound signature more of course.  I'd reach for my B2 over the CKM500 and the CK10 anyday .
