For me, it was and still is the best sounding possible music player since I first heard it, in 2013.

I agree. It makes me organise my music in a different way but it’s so worth it. It’s a shame they are expensive to buy as otherwise I think they would be more popular

I wish there was a comprehensive list on here of all great headphones and iems with the tera
There is on my original Tera Player owner's thread but that has been blocked years ago, still you can find more information from that thread on other forums on the internet.
For example, the best open back headphone that I have tried with the Tera is Pioneer SE-Master 1.
Nothing else, gives you such a deep bass, very wide soundstage, great instrument separation, and the list is big.
Try it if you can and let me know. By the way the one I had, used a pure copper cable by Forza Audio.

I might try and get one of those head phones. It’s a shame that thread got taken away. Would have been very useful. On the whole I find dynamic driver iems work best with the tera but then I read that tia fourte and w80 also sounds good
Tia fourte yes, but w80 no, is balanced armature and has very low ohm impedance. The old w4r was better.

That iem interests me too. Single dynamic driver is prob a great match for the tera
Yes dynamic driver are the best for the Tera from my experience. You will be surprised how capable is the non expensive Blon BL-03 with copper silver plated cable, after burning is done.
