I think he's a bit tied up at the moment folks. He's busy setting up a UK based review site :)

Yes that's a good point: why is sonickarma so quiet when he already has a modified Tera Player.
Let's see if he comes around to answer some questions and to write a review.
Thank you:thumbsup:

If anyone is has an interest, I have LPG for a week, so I can write a comparison. Moreover, sonickarma has 801SE too, so he may write a review on 801SE.

May you write something about 801SE? At least in a form of private message? :)

Hi folks,
Do you know any player that has tera-like sound signature? Organic, airy etc. I just know Alien but wonder about the other players if they exist..

Hello, yes the Gold Alien has a similar airy organic sound like the Tera Player. Please refer to my Gold Alien review where i compared the two.
The Tera Player has a completely dark background and the sound is non fatigue even after 10 hours of nonstop listening.
I could recommend to try the Lotoo Paw Gold with DSD files but i find it too digital after a while, but is always fun to experiment.

I know this thread is quiet, either:many can't afford one or don't like the screen less Tera Player or other limitations this player come with but let's see how many still use one and enjoy it like in the first day.
4 years happy owner here

I will never open mine as i have a good friendship with Charles and I don't want to lose the warranty.
Anyway my player doesn't need a battery replacement any time soon.
That's how good the Tera Player is, battery will last easily for 6-10 years and the sound is incredible with the Koss Pro modified or any Tralucent IEM.
Amazing craftsmanship there!
