2 more weeks and I'll get my Tera.

In the meantime, I'm prepping my SD card for it.

Stupid question, I can just erase all the ID3 tag since Tera won't need it anyway right?

What model are you getting? And congratulations, great decision.
Yes delete all the ID3 tag, metadata, album artwork and so.. Tera will play only plain WAV files.

Come to London, or better give Charles a call, he is in Solingen, are you far?
You will really like it for sure.

I'm in Berlin, so Solingen is a little closer to me than London. Not sure about buying TeraPlayer, now i'm using HifiMan r2r 2000 Black and it sounds good for my ears, but dreadful with bunch of bugs and bad user experience. With TP i must go further — say goodbye to tags and screen. And for the given price, it's just a ridiculous.

I'm curious why it's not possible to make two devices in one case — each with dedicated battery, cpu, etc. One is for UI and handling files (converting it on the fly to waves and store in shared memory) and other device just for playing this waves files with Teraplayer principles.

After intensive listening for my 2nd day now, I gotta admit, I LOVE the TP.

I did most of my listening with Porta Pros (with Yaxi pads) and sometime I even forgot that it is on. Non fatiguing at all. Enjoyed the sound signature very much :D
