Hello,
I am new to this forum but still used to headphones and DAC.
I´ve recently ordered a TEAC HA-P90SD and sadly enough I can just confirm that the soundstage is different from my usual experience with DFF/DSF.
It is somehow in the head and somehow distorted i.e. it does not produce a persistent room but delivers pieces that don´t match together. Don´t know how to describe better. 
Still the sound is crisp and clear.
However I won´t stick to it and I am more than happy for recommendations which one to go for.

Still for me the risk is too high that it won´t change in an appropriate way. 
And now is the time to send it back which later I can´t anymore.

How much time do You think this one needs? My unit is about 30h and it still suffers on narrow soundstage.

The sound stage is narrow by nature. It does get better with burn in but will still always be on the narrow side, you have to pair it up with the certain headphones, AKG K7XX, HD800, T1, etc, anything with big sound stage is crazy good from P90, or even good closed back headphones like Philips A5-Pro. It does unfortunately limit versatility of P90, mainly with iems, but when you get the right pairing it is unbeatable.

Did you make a side by side comparison or this claim based on the memory?
