Dumb question: Where can you buy a 4-pin XLR female-to-female adapter to be able to use the GL1200 with a Jotunheim R amp? I'm coming up goose-egg online.

As someone who came from Raal, I can say yes they are more details, have better technicality, but that was also the problem as it made most recordings sound horrible. Unless I'm listening to well recorded sources only, it's far from an ideal musical enjoyment.

This is actually something that may be debatable. I had the GL1200s hooked up to the interface box that came with the raals and suddenly there was WAY more detail to them. I also had the GL1200s hooked up to a Jot R. I think they come really close to one another. The problem with the GL1200s is that the interface box they come with is absolute garbage in every sense of the word. If you turn off baffle comp on Jot R and use the gold ribbon, the GL1200s start to play in a totally different league and none of the people reviewing them are doing them justice. With that said I sold mine last week and I'm hoping to pick up a new ca1a to try for fun.
