Definitely - was listening to them last night with Nils Lofgren's "Acoustic Live" - little slice of magic right there :)

That crisp mid/upper tuning really makes acoustic music shine.  I also like the Fidue A83 for the same reason, though the tuning for that one is a bit different (smoother).

Hi guys!
Fans of the Altone200 might be interested in this!
News of the redesigned Altone 100,200,300 are coming out soon with the same removable cable style like the H-200 and H-300. Check it out here! They have also put the news up on their blog. Unfortunately, everything is in Korean. The site says Altone100/200/300 but they will be releasing it as 150/250/350.

I was trying to understand the sound signature part, when they were describing it. Even with google translate I don't think I got the gist of it. Mind giving like a summary of it please? They individually describe the new models.

Agreed. I'm excited but the translation is more gibberish than usual...

Interesting! Hopefully they'll release it outside of Korea too.

Sorry for the late response.

I'll try and summarize the product description on the Korean site.

Altone 100 (150) - Aluminum housing. The single dynamic driver inside the Altone 100 is an HPS 8.6mm driver which was developed together with a Chinese company 'W'. This driver has a very deep and full mids and lows and presents them with increased resolution. The midbass is very tight and dense which will allow you to enjoy your addicting music even further. We noticed that overpowering lows masked some of the upper mids and and highs but we have fixed those by not increasing the quantity of treble but the quality of the treble. The treble will also come across with excellent resolution and smooth to your ears. Our target for the Altone100 is the general consumer and that is why they are priced the lowest in this new series. Price: 49,800 Won.

Altone 200 (250) - SUS and titanium housing. 2 way hybrid. BA (highs) + 10mm DD (mids+lows). The Altone 200 is characterized by having rich lively mids and lows with smooth highs. We made sure that the mids and lows do not over power the highs and have cooled down the hot/sharp/sibilant highs that were present in our previous products. Our aim with the Altone 200 was to create a fun sound that can be appreciated by audiophiles. Price 148,000 Won.

Altone 300 (350)- High quality titanium (alloy?) housing. BA (high) + BA (mid) + 10mm DD (lows). The BA units will come across very clean and clear. The vocal presentation will be as if the vocal is singing next to you and it will be refreshing and intimate. The biggest advantage is that the Altone 300 will be able to catch the smallest details of instruments. The bass is tight and will hit you at an impressive speed. We consider the instrument separation and imaging to be categorized with those towards the high end of the market. Our aim for the Altone 300 was to bring across the sound as it is; to present the music naturally and play the way it was intended to be heard. Price 298,000 Won.

Sorry if the descriptions are not very detailed. I just translated what they wrote.
I'm not sure why they decided to go with 150,250,350, instead of 100,200,300.
Prices of these are set for the Korean market. For overseas I can not say anything and am not even sure when they plan to have them available through Mobyn.

Anyways, here is a site to T-Peos official blog to see more pics.
