I suppose many people including myself have been following the more popular TOTL headphones being hyped before.
SolP never seemed to get the popularity (and marketing efforts) of the known brands.
After 2 years some people owning or having owned the known brands are getting bored / curious and discovering such hidden gems to my feeling - some have yet jumped off though too
Finally got my Solitaire P delivered today.
Just started listening first with the balanced stock cable. Same sound I liked from the los see I got. Very happy with the purchase.
Later I will try them with my Axios AG cabel.

They are very well made. Really first class manufacturing and the sound! Love this bass without missing any detail!
Pairing them with my Pathos Inpol Ear right now sounding great.
Nice complement to my Utopia and Susvara.

How would you compare the sub bass and slam on the SolP vs the Susvara? Also, regarding the mids on the Susvara and Solitaire, which one is perceived to be more recessed/distant? Are you using stock pads for now? You bought the ultra wides to try out as well? Thanks.
Hi chaps
I am playing with the idea of consolidating my gear and get a HA200.
Some questions:
- I ve read somewhere that HA200 could work as DAC-preamp using the front panel XLR port (plus another port?)
Is that correct?
Would that work running this into my Ferrum Poweramp stack into my Susvaras?
- Anyone owning HA200 compared connecting a different external DAC AND compared the results?
I am not sure wether to give up my Spring 3 KTE and as I understand, I could run it into the XLR ports of HA200 and use HA200 only as an amp but I am not sure if it's worth it
- there's no Ethernet connectivity like built-in NAA client inside of the HA200 but only a DAC with several analogue and digital inputs plus Bluetooth, correct?
Therefore a Streamer is still required?
Thx

Yes you can use the front 4-pin XLR as pre out.
T+A does also offer the required cable.
Different DACs certainly have Different sound.
The T+A DAC is very smooth and something like a Rockna Wavelight would be more engaging with bigger focus on Macrodynamics.
Entirely subjective. I love T+A DACs (using the older MP2000R myself), but some prefer the external DAC.
Imo it's only really worth the change if you use the T+A as DAC/Amp.
It doesn't come with streaming capabilities and still requires a Server.
T+A offers the sinfully expensive MP200 which can be connected via their SYS-Link Interface, but any Server will do via regular digital inputs.
Letting them cook a little bit before more evaluation. Wish I had the ultra wide pads as well. Probably 2 months away lol.
They do have a darker signature but I was surprised by the bass. Did T + A want to make a TOTL can for bass heads?! I am in that category so cool by me. Mids seem to be a bit more forward than the Susvara. Treble is much more darker but this also allows one to listen a bit louder without becoming sibilant.
I bent the headband out slightly but not too much as I didn’t want it to snap. Need to figure out what the headband is made of before being more aggressive. So far seems to have helped. I pinged support to see what they say.
If I bend the headband outwards, the clamp inwards from the cups is reduced. fair tradeoff, albeit temporarily, as the headband decided to go back to its original shape not long after..
Yes, I mean so much controlled weight behind the bass. I find it cleaner than the TC bass. I actually prefer this bass over the TCs. If one wants a subwoofer, they should listen to a subwoofer in a 2.1 system.

Still have PTSD from the headband snap of the LCD5. I actually already got the replacement from Audeze so I'm all good now. I did scratch my cornea but its healed.
