In europe it's actually the other way round in terms of pricing

while the Solitaire P is 4800€ (5845$)

So yeah the Abyss is even more expensive over here

And my bias of truth, everything sounds muddier compared to the TC. Except SR1a...damnit.

P was best on KR2A3 Takasuki 274B and EH gold pins on 33. Went through ACME, 300B 2.5 mesh and KR came out on top. 1266 is not heavy or strange to wear. The thing rest on top and does not fall off. Went through D8000 PRO Susvara and LCD 4 but they couldn't change my mind about liking the 1266 the most.

It could be warm if choosing tubes that lean warm.
Using GEC A2900 input tube and 596 rectifier it is not warm nor analytical...........just right IMO.

If I want it to be more revealing and detailed, I choose the Norne S-3 silver cable with the P and Susvara.
