Well, I guess I should now reveal the reason why I posted this thread.

I started this thread to find someone to loan my balanced Beta 22 while I'm out of the country for 3 weeks. I contacted 4 people but 3 of them turned down the loan for one reason or another, so that left me just one person. He can reveal himself if he wants to. I don't think he actually posted in this thread but I found out about his equipment regardless.

But you guys can keep posting, this thread has actually become more than what I intended since it's a nice list of most of the balanced setups on Head-Fi!

Oh, it had been very interesting for me comparing the beta to the RPX-100, but I can understand shipping your lovely amp to Europe is a hassle and risk you don't need.
It's very kind of you loaning your gear mate, I wish the man receiving it shares his impressions.

i agree with Asr that this thread has opened my eyes to the different varieties of balanced rigs out there. i'd love to try each and every one of them...

i'll also say that Asr is not only lending his b22 (which, by the way, looks fantastic), but he's lending his balanced hp-2 as well. not very many people around here who'd be trusting enough to lend these out, but what a great treat for those who'll have a chance to listen to them.
