fkclo bought an Echo Indigo DJ card from me and is a very patient, helpful, and pleasant person to deal with. He is based in Hong Kong so I was a little hesitant at first, but fkclo made this as easy as possible and was great to communicate with through the entire process. We discussed all the different payment and shipping options and he really helped out a noob at international shipping to make sure we were both comfortable with all the terms of the deal. I bought a Total Bithead from Francis. Suggested some other options to me instead of the TBH and let me know his options of the TBH compared to an amp I already owned (and he also owned). Really nice guy!

Bought a SuperMacro III V6 from Francis. He provided excellent feedback and detailed follow-up, often sometimes with pictures, to any questions that were asked. Shipment would have been faster (FedEx); nonetheless, my package arrived nicely wrapped and fully protected by cardboard and bubble wrap.
It was a pleasure in dealing with Francis, he made the entire transaction a worthwhile endeavour; for someone new getting into audio I can only hope they run into someone like him! In the future, I would be more than happy to do business with him again!

Amazing! Sent exactly as promised, answered any question I had, payed extra cash for shipping to make sure I get everything I needed with the amp and more. Even sent me a payment for half the amount I had to pay for tax.
