Hi fellow head-fi'ers !
 
I just got a pair ofSuperlux 668B.
 
I have a few questions regarding "light" modding for those:
1. What kind of ear pads can I use to replace the stock ones? (I've read about k240,k271, dt990 - can someone confirm or add more options?)
2. Taking the stock ear pad apart, I've noticed a sticker covering part of the grill in front of the driver saying "Acoustic dumpening, do not remove!".
     Well, that's kind of "do not press the red button" kind of thing. Have anyone tried removing it? What kind of effect does it have on the sound?

1. If I remember correctly, its AKG 240 velour pad.
2. someone from local forum here in my country said it make the vocal more forward and bass bigger but he didn't elaborate more. Why don't you try it and share it here?
