I've been using my JVC flats for quite some time now and they are just now starting to wear out a little so I'm looking for new headphones to replace them. I quite liked the sound of the Flats so I'd maybe prefer to get something similar and balanced like the Flats. I listen mainly to Rock, metal, classical, and instrumental music. I might use them for a little bit of audio mixing or gaming so maybe a decent soundstage would be nice. I like fun and punchy mids with a good top end that isn't too piercing. I'm not much of a basshead but as long as the bass is noticeable and not too overpowering. Portability might factor into this since I'll probably be wearing them everyday. I have been looking at JVC HARX700, Monoprice 8323, Beyerdynamic DT235.

Anybody have any suggestions? I was also looking at the Koss Pro DJ 100 as well. I'm probably only looking to spend $65 max
