It's really good to see that more of these are landing in people's hands. Really looking forward to the additional impressions.
many take full payment when you order.Just wondered, did they charge you at the time you ordered or after they shipped the product?

Sounds like a good reason for a drive from Paris to Zurich?

Heads up to anyone buying "pre-owned", "open-box" or "new" at a low price from individuals. There is a ring of people buying high-end headphones including the STAX SR-X9000 from dealers using stolen credit card numbers. We recommend to check the serial number with Kay at STAX to verify that it is not a stolen unit.

I just recieved my SR-X9000 today and did aosme A B comparesion with the CRBN on shop when i pick it up earlier ago, let me put down my thoughs later after work.
Both very good headphone but i am sure that the SRX9000 is a better one for my taste.
And I am quite sure that the SRMT8000 amp fail to bring bass qty to the CRBN.

What do you think about t8000 vs carbon in terms of pairing with x9000? I currently have a t8000 waiting for my x9000 order but am considering another amp. But I am sure the T8000 have enough power for X9000 to drive it to a certain level but not the CRBN.
Yes. At CanJam the difference between the CRBN on the KGSSHV Carbon vs the Z10e was night/day for all 5+ people I was around. But I am sure the T8000 have enough power for X9000 to drive it to a certain level but not the CRBN.
