Any thought on these stats? would also like to know of a place i could buy them cheap ^_^

really? it's odd you say that considering 9/10 threads i've seen from stax have been in the headphones forum. my mistake :O
 
To vindicate myself i feel the need to go to every single thread about stax that isn't in the hi-end forum and put "stax posts are in the hi-end forum"
 
I assume that is how you've gained your sterling reputation around here

I'm trying to help you out by re-directing you to the High-end Audio Forum where the Stax threads and discussions usually take place.

I've heard they sound quite similar to the 507...may be a better bet for the price
