Only 80? I'm thinking more like 210MPH! |

Originally posted by CaptBubba Hmm, here's my list, in order 5. A large deisel engine idling 4. A turbine-powered helicopter taking off 3. The sound a bolt-action rifle makes when it's action is worked (pump-shotgun is right along with this one) 2. Silence 1. The sound wet wood makes when put on a roaring fire. setmenu, I was more into the off-road portion of RC cars, my electric could get up to 35mph on a fresh battery and new bearings. It had a great sound, along with a 12.5A current draw! Nirtomethane engines do have a great whine, but the four-strokes are better IMO though, they sound less like a mosquito... If anyone is wondering the engines are measured most of the time in in^3 and are wonderfully inefficient.. Dangit setmenu, now I want to get back into that money draining hobby! |
