SOUNDAWARE M1(PRO) Portable Player with Proprietary FPGA Architecture

Help Is needed, 
 
Suddenly My m1Pro won't start up!!!
 I've charged it for 5 hours with the original charger, 
I've tried to long press the power, 
I tried to reset it. Nothing happened It won't turn on!!
Tried to connect to the computer while press the reset, and the only response I got "USB device not recognized (in the past, I used to copy music through the USB with no problems)
 
Any suggestions are welcome!!

M1 Pro has some slight bass roll off, not too much, -1.5dB at 20hz. But funnily the M1 Analog version fares better with -0.5dB at 20hz.

That's because different coupling capacitances used on M1 and M1PRO.
Can you hear obvious different bass?

You can add songs to your playlist by connecting M1(Pro) with PC, or using the card reader.
