I don't think it was a mistake as have seen it near that price before - about a month ago it was £120 for a whole day. I missed it and the next day bought for £129 at Pixmania. So it's worth keeping an eye on the price. Amazon prices tend to fluctuate a lot.I t

I think you are right.

Pixmania had them on a 48hr countdown deal over the weekend (approx. £111 + £7 shipping) so looks like Amazon were keeping pace 'til that ended.

Thing is how do they compare to the FXZ200 seeing as i have a pair it might be pointless if the difference is marginal.

So tempted to buy them from amazon yesterday.

i've had the H3. FXZ200 has a deeper bass, and more quantity. The isolation is about the same. The treble on the H3 is more extended. The separation on the H3 is better. But the midrange doesn't feel as natural. H3 has a bigger soundstage.

By difference, depends what you are looking for as an upgrade. I mean, in my opinion, the diminishing return is really starting to show at above $150 (good value IEMs) to $200.
and almost all the music i've tested on are on 320 mp3/aac. The music genre is most pop rock, classic rock, some classical, a couple orchestra.

I had a feeling they'd be similar, ah well plenty others to try.

Trouble is i love my EPH100's, and finding something similar if not better is tricky, i was thinking SM64's perhaps but build quality has me questioning them.

I had the xba-30 for 120 bucks and it doesnt worth what i paid for. Everyone said its less sibilant than its predecessor xba-3 but xba-30 is still pain in the ass and fatiguing. The xba-1 is far satisfying than hose

that's a great price for the H3, I don't think you will get much better deal than that. But you can wait and see if they go on sale for Black Friday
