Is it still true that the iPhone 8 does not have all the bells and whistles when it comes to Bluetooth audio quality compared to Android phones, unless you use Airplay, which these headphones do not support?

Do you get higher quality wireless audio if you play music through Sony’s app, than just over regular iPhone 8 Bluetooth connection?

(We will naturally get a good quality 3.5mm adapter ASAP.)

I didnt notice any difference going from iphone 8 to xs ans now 11pro.

I would say yes but could not say if the difference is worth the price difference to you

XM1 has product design issues, the panel on the side cracks over time after a year, however, some people has used small companies who 3d print replacement panels for this problem.

Man, I really wish I had a 4.1.1 right next to me, so that I could do a direct comparison with 4.2.2 - ANC might be better, but it's just hard to determine without hearing the other one.

I listen jazz, vocal, blues, everythink with strings, ambient....and I love bass, fast deep bass. I have wm1a.

There is a lot of bass but possibly not the tighest around. If you are going BT it does not really matter what player you use as long as it supports ldac since the dac and amp is in the headphone and not the source

Thanks. Yes...I forgot,......only LDAC is important ..
So maybe is better to buy small Sony A-45/55 or A-100...and some BT Sony headphones.
I realy like no wires around me
It's a shame to use wm1a for LDAC only.

After playing a little with the eq it is fine and I could live with the pair as my only rig and still enjoy the music but naturally it is not at the level of 1Z with either Z1R

I must think a little bit. I still looking for some good headphones for my wm1a. Or just sell the wm1a and buy A45/A55 and BT headphones.
I cant decide. Because I listen speakers setup 90% of time.
