Listening to a Twitch music stream last night, I actually wanted to turn up the bass. I haven't listened to anything from my own library yet, but hope the low end & warm mids haven't completely gone away.
Probably only what you can manage via eq. I essentially only use them with anc on, only if I’m using them outside in wind I turn anc off. Ambient I only use while holding on the touchpad for short noticed, have completely removed it from the left bud tap sequence
Seems to be a bit brighter. To get fairly close to what I hear from my FiiO FD5 (which is open) and Lotoo S2 (I just got the DAC/amp dongle for my iPhone), I'm trying out this equalizer setting (ANC on) (with SpinFit CP360 tips):
I think the update may of fixed 1 bud being louder/quieter than the other on connection... This happens a few times a day and I wound have to disconnect/reconnect to fix the problem, but it hasnt happened today at all...
is there any way to downgrade the firmware?, the sound quality is worse on 1.3.3, metallic trebles, less rumble on the sub bass, and not to mention the bass texture is awful now.

Did anybody try restoring their Headphone Connect backup? I did the restore after messing around with EQ and not getting a sound I really liked. It is hard to say, but I think it did good for the bass (music seems fuller) while keeping the new treble. I did all my test listening with NW-ZX507 / Walkman player app. I guess it can't hurt to try a restore and see what happens.

If your question is related to the previous one about downgrading the firmware, Headphone Connect backup will not be of use. It only restores settings on the headphones. The firmware update is irreversible, even if you factory reset.

Anyone wear the WF-1000XM4 under a full-face moto helmet? I can get my helmet on with Air Pod Pros, but taking the helmet off results in them always being pulled out by the pads. The WF still look bulky, but possibly round enough to slide better?
Other suggestions for wireless anc would be welcome also. The APP work great on the road, but sucks trying to find them on the road at a gas stop.
