Ayone ordered this DAP from Rakuten (via fromjapan)? I was wondering if they would accept to declare a low value on the package, si that I don't pay high customs fees. I live in Belgium and it is very rare that I don't pay customs fees
I was also wondering if the DAP will be in all languages and not only Japanese

Finally got a chance to listen for over an hour. Clean and crisp sound and a nice contrast to the RS6 which is a little warmer. The battery life is superb.

I have one from rakuten zenmarket. Everything was smooth paid through wise still have some jp currency in account (i dont know what to do with that). You can select English in setup process no problem there. I paid extra for robust packaging and also paid customs still was cheaper than buying in Canada/us. It cost around $1700 cad in total.

I wanted the Fiio DK3 dock with attached fan when I saw it. But it only comes with the M17 DAP, so can't buy it. I looked for quite awhile, for something similar. Found this, which I am using with a Hiby RS6, which is close in size to the Sony.
This stand works great. Stable, made of aluminum, adjustable angle and height. The design is quite elegant.

When I have the right height and angle, I lock the angle with a small ty-wrap. Then when you move it around, the angle prop does not fall out and collapse the stand. And also inexpensive! Can't ask for anything more. Just wish I had found this sooner, as I find it so useful, having a stand to prop up the DAP when playing, even when not charging.

can someone tell me how deep the part is that holds the device?

the iphone is around 8mm thick. so does it have a length of around 1,5cm?

i am asking because i wanted to buy it for the wm1z.

I just ordered the black Dignis case. Indeed, the Sony case looks rather bulky, though it's at least a flip case. Currently, it looks like there are only two flip cases, Sony's and the Diginis walkman edition. Both not so ideal for my

Pray tell, how is the shipment handled by dignis? Are they able to do customs as well? I don’t mind paying customs upfront, but i hate the fees charged by shipping company for this service on such low cost items.

You can't roll back to previous version, it's in the changelog.

This is exacly what I was looking for: could you please elaborate the difference between wm1a and RS6 sound wise? I am hesitant to buy a wm1a because I like R2R DAC sound
