Is accessoryjack the only place where they sell the Dignis Midas II cassette case? Or is there anywhere else in the world that's cheaper? FYR, I'm not from US so it's not the cheapest option for me.

I bought it direct from Dignis website, there is a shipping cost added when u check out, not sure about the tax in your country though.

O, just realise it is out of stock now, usually they will replenish their stock in few weeks time unless the dap is going EOL soon.

IER-Z1R + WM1AM2 are match made in Heaven, i like it more than WM1ZM2

For me they fit very well and are comfortable, BUT they tend to make my ears tired when listening for prolonged time.
They sounded too grand if you know what i mean, 1-2 hours listening is ok, but not for commuting IMHO.

I tend to pump the volume higher when I listen to Z1R as it really shines with louder volumes.

I just stick with the A307 now & have a BTR7 if I needed to power something more demanding (which I don't) .

I only use low power IEM's.

I'd say the real word battery life of the AM2 & A300 series are similar but then the AM2 does have a battery twice as large. Both have great battery life.
I get better usage out of the a300 for streaming

Long time lurker, finally signed for an account. I have been reading this thread (for a few weeks- it’s taken a long time!) and wanted to say thank you for all the great contributions that people have made. I have learned a lot from reading it all.

Currently awaiting delivery of a Japanese WM1ZM2, but it’s been in UK customs for over two weeks now 😞

Hope it clears soon…

If you know the carrier it might worth checking with tracking number on his site or give them a call as they might be waiting a signing for VAT ( and payment..). 2 weeks is too long hoping it clears on its own (imo)

Yes I have called a couple of times - they cannot do anything until they receive the parcel from customs. They do not even know the charges / duty yet. Wish the seller had used FedEx as they tend to clear a lot faster than Japan Post / Parcelforce by the looks of things!

It depends. If the seller is good at identifying on the label that VAT has been paid (sometimes, if the UK for example, it's an EU approved IOSS identifier or something), then you have a good chance that your local customs will let it get through with no additional fees. This was my most recent experience. About a year back, despite VAT paid, they still stopped it, applied VAT and 25 EUR processing, all on a 50 EUR item. So I think it's not 100% guaranteed... but things might be improving and there's a chance that VAT paid once on eBay will be respected.
