You don’t feel that big bore in your holes ? They are huge!! The IER-Z1r is heavy and bulky. I would say that most people would have problems with them....like Magnum style or whatever

They are not really that big, only heavy, but if the weight is parlayed out correct; they are comfortable. IMO

Is this correct fit?
I ask as I feel.th a bit weird , maybe it's.my impressing from.being used to past xba-z5 stylen of fitting
Do they feel balanced like they don’t want to fall out? They look about right in the photo. But it’s like they are mid-centered on an imaginary scale, across the lower parts of your ear. If they feel like they don’t move, also don’t change sound if you pull on them.......then you found the right tip and placement.
Edit:
You should be able to grab them and turn them in circular movements and they should be pressing (or feel like they have contact)...... on all parts of your ear, and not change tone.

Tried deeper insertion aka ear rape, and feels much much better and comfortable as hell, they also sound better
And I forgot to.mention that they isolate waaaay better than the xba-z5

Not bulky aat all, the weight is well distributed and carried by ear and ear hook cables. You don’t feel that big bore in your holes ? They are huge!! The IER-Z1r is heavy and bulky. I would say that most people would have problems with them....like Magnum style or whatever
At least they don't screwn move all the time as the xba-z5 did so no need to fiddle to readjust because a lost seal

Yes, if you can go slightly deeper than you show in the photo, like a 1/8th or 1/16 of an inch.....your fine.

I agree, they can't even stay in my ear, so I gave up on it, may be they should make a mini version. You don’t feel that big bore in your holes ? They are huge!! The IER-Z1r is heavy and bulky. I would say that most people would have problems with them....like Magnum style or whatever

I switched the tip to the triple comfort MS (yellow core) and seems.to have fixed the comfort issues
This looks way better than it works. What's the little clip for?
I'm tempted to try a WM1A to hear what's what for myself but there would be no going back. Turns out streaming services (namely Tidal and Qobuz) aren't that good and advisable so I'm not necessarily losing much there. Very worried about going back to a ZX300 disaster.
What gain do you listen on @Redcarmoose ? How would you describe the sound signature? Was @womwomwom correct in his calculation that a WM1A can hit maximim volume for peaks and sound as dynamic as more powerful daps?

I am on low gain volume 70 on the wm1A, to contrast I was using low gain volume 50 with xba-z5
The little clip is to shorten cable length and attach to a shirt
