So let me get this straight, the MDR 1R MKII or whatever its called is the newer version of the 1R, whereas the 10R is the cheaper budget version.
Lol Sony has some of the worst headphone naming systems I have ever seen. What's next? The MDR-100RBTNCHD MKIV?
Eih, glad you solved it. I don't even consider anymore headphones that doesn't allow a velour mod.
I also generally favor velour over pleather,
but not at the gym.
So ive got the MDR-1R today and have been listening to them a bit and i love the way they sound but i do have the feeling that the left side sounds a little bit more powerful than the right side. Not sure if it have been the songs i have been listening to or my ears or maybe even my imagination...
However i have noticed that the fabric inside the cups (kinda looks like fishnet) is a little loose on the right side, is this relevant?
Any good ways to test if both drivers are fine so i can lay my worries to rest??
