hi guys, "recently" i got a JH13 remould by UM.
 
the right side seems doesn't seem to fit properly after refit, not much change.
somehow my left side seems to be very good.
 
now the third time I got it back, the right side no sound when I "touch" the connector. /headspins
anyone knows if it is more possible of the customs or the cable? I only got one cable.  
 
 
PS: somehow I like my UM3X w um56 more and more. lol

If it is the 3.5mm connector between your headphone and your MP3 player... then it is probably the cable that is going wonky. If it is anywhere else at the Y-section of your cable, then it could be either your customs or your cables.
 
I think it'd probably be your cable one way or the other though. It is very unlikely that UM sent you a custom with a faulty plug.

Try adjusting the pins outward a bit on the side that has the loose connection.
