Those aren't electrolytic, they're Teflon capacitors and are in the signal path between the amp and output stage.

How did the JISBOS change the amp musically? I am curios about your impressions

They're Russian FT-3 caps off eBay and do sound very good for the price (about $5 each if I remember correctly).
JISBOS is a great output stage, much better than any opamp would have been.

I am listening to my SOHA with an amperex 12au7a world globe tube and this thing is kicking butt

This was made in great Britain. Probably at the mullard plant.

That is what I like about tube amps. They can have so much personality. Solid state is dry and lacking and cannot be changed.
