Smartphone with warm sound

I'm searching for a smartphone with a warm, lush sound and good (for a smartphone) dac (wolfson...).
I have samsung s3 that is too bright for me (in comparison for example to fiio X3).
All OS goes well (android, windows...)

Also with Cirrus Dac? I listened that new iphone and ipod with Cirrus are more bright than older with Wolson dac.
