Shure SE210 or Meelectronics M6?

I was about to buy the Meelec M6 + M9 package deal for $56 shipped, but I just found a deal for the Shure SE210's 'refurbished' for $45 shipped.

I think the seller fixes up broken Shure returns and recables them.
 
How do the SE210 compare to the M6?
