Nice IEMs and great pics too.

Excuse the (probably) silly question. I noticed that many people snap their IEMs without the cables attached to them. Do you disconnect the cable when you are not using the monitors? Is this how you are supposed to keep them when not in use?
Not a silly question at all. Everyone does things differently, but I don’t disconnect the cables for storing them, especially not with MMCX connectors. I wouldn’t want to wear out the connectors and especially not the IEM sockets by attaching and removing cables frequently. I often like taking pics of the IEMs with the cable I chose for it, but that can make it much more difficult to pose the IEM just right. Though my pics are very amateurish, just from my humble iPhone 6s+.

Beautiful bokeh! Was that taken with a Leica 50mm Noctilux f/0.95?
I wish! That's a legendary lens after all. I used a Tamron 45mm f/1.8. The minimum focusing distance is only 29cm on this lens so the background is blown out better than other lenses with similar focal length/aperture.

Impressive that there were no “cat eye” shaped bokeh balls.
